Get Paid to Coach
What This Book Will NOT Do
- It will not promise income or a full roster — that depends on your work.
- It will not require a certification to start (though some fields need one — more in Chapter 9).
- It will not teach therapy or clinical work — coaching is forward-focused, not treatment.
- It will not replace genuine lived experience in what you coach.
Version Roadmap

Who This Is For
You've got real experience — professional or personal — and people already seek your guidance. You want to help on purpose and get paid for it, without going back to school first. You're direct, you care about results, and you'd rather start than wait for permission.
Who This Is Not For (Yet)
If people don't yet come to you for help in your area, build that track record first — coach a few people free and earn the right to charge. And if you're looking to coach something that legally requires a license or credential you don't have, get that handled first. We'll talk about it.
Part 1 — Anchor
Chapter 1 — The Free Advice You've Been Giving for Years
Here's the move. Think about the last year. How many coffees, phone calls, and long messages did you spend helping someone through a thing you'd already conquered? The friend navigating a career change. The cousin trying to get in shape. The coworker drowning until you showed them the way. You gave away your hardest-won knowledge, an hour at a time, for nothing but a thank-you.
